Originally operated for over 100 years as the Elkhart Lake Feed Mill, this collection of historic buildings now houses several distinctively different and contemporary businesses.

With an appreciation for the unique architecture of the buildings, owners Steve and Julia Sutcliffe had a vision when they bought the then dilapidated complex at auction.
